3 Months

We celebrated our 3 month mark when we were visiting family in Arizona! Its crazy to think that we have lived in Seattle for 3 months now! We are feeling more and more settled. Things are starting to feel like real life, although we are still definitely in the honeymoon period!

Chris keeps on adjusting to work. He has more and more days where he is feeling confident in what he is doing. He does still have days where he comes home and does a little work. He likes his team a lot and I think he likes Zillow a lot.

The kids still love preschool! They love their friends and their teacher. Next week is their last week of class and it will be the start of the summer. Kind of weird to think about that. I am trying to find fun activities that we can all do so we don’t go crazy! Preschool has taken up every day for us so we will have a lot of free time!

I am adjusting well. I have enjoyed going into the kids’ class. I have met more people this way which has been great for me!

We have loved exploring around us and seeing and doing as much as we can!

The weather has been awesome so far. We came at the end of the super rainy season so we were able to adjust slowly. April was really sunny and May started out really sunny. When we got back from Arizona, May started to turn a bit  cooler and a little more gray (I won’t lie, I like that weather so it makes me happy!) This whole week we won’t even get in the 70s!

We have enjoyed picnics and eating outside on our balcony! I tell Chris that there is so much to do that I feel like I am running out of time to do it all!

There is so much I want to see and do this summer I hope we can find time to do it all! I am hoping Chris can take some time off this summer for us to explore the area around us!

I also hope we have lots of visitors this summer! We love playing tour guide and exploring with the people we love!

So far I think we are very happy with our choice to move here. I don’t know what the future has in store for us, I don’t know how long we will be here or where we may end up, but I am grateful I get all the time I can get in the Pacific Northwest!
